Medics Family Night
Phase 1 and 2’s, you can opt-in to be assigned a pair of medic parents!
This is a night to integrate yourself into the medics life, so enjoy pre’s with your parents, grandparents, bothers, sisters, cousins, that one “aunt twice removed” who always asks if you have a boyfriend yet!
We’ll see you later in the night for a classic Skool Disco!
Medics' Fancy Dress Bar Crawl

Here’s the big one! Featuring over a thousand medics from past and present, get stoked for a fierce fancy dress competition! Snake your way through Sheffield’s best bars, and end your night at an exciting new underground music venue! Alcohol-free options and tap water are available at all bars. We would like to emphasise that whether you enjoy a cold beer or a refreshing alcohol-free soft drink – you’re more than welcome at all MedSoc events!

This is your opportunity to be part of a classic Medsoc tradition and get all glammed up from head to toe. Feel free to bring friends or partners as plus one’s as well because no one would want to miss out on this gorgeous event.
Included in your ticket, is 2 glasses of wine , an incredible 3 course meal, a professional photograph, a poptarts ticket and lots more.

Safeguarding
Safety is of upmost importance to us at all MedSoc events. In the unlikely event that you feel unsafe during a night out, go to bar staff or any uniformed MedSoc Committee Member and Ask for “Angela”. Bar staff and/or Comm. Members will discreetly escort you away from the venue and help you get home safe.
Whether you enjoy a cold beer or a refreshing soft drink, we would like to emphasise that you’re more than welcome at all MedSoc events. MedSoc adheres to the University of Sheffield’s Responsible Drinking Policy. We do not tolerate coercion or unsafe drinking.
