Sheffield Medics Men’s Football Club

We are a student-run university football club numbering over 70 active members, comprising Sheffield-graduated junior doctors and medical students.

Our club consists three 11-a-side teams:

1. The First Team plays in the 7th tier of English Football Sheffield and Hallamshire Division 1. We’ve had impressive showings in the league cups, beating many higher ranked teams to reach the final stages of competition.
2.  The second team plays in the University intra-mural league against other society football teams.
3.  The third team participates in a casual intra-mural league. 

Additionally, Medics’ Football conducts weekly 6-a-side games. There are 6 teams available, with places prioritised for early years medics.

Medics’ Football caters to all abilities. We offer affordable weekly football games, a wide variety of socials and national and international tours.
