About
StreetDoctors is a national anti-violence charity mostly staffed by medical students aimed at young people involved with knife crime/gangs. We teach two modules: how to deal with bleeding and how to deal with unconsciousness; from these lessons young people should come away with the knowledge of what to do should they see a stabbing/shooting or come across someone knocked out from a fight, or for any other reason. We also teach the first aid to help young people re-think their attitudes to violence.
